Fees
Fees are fixed, quoted in writing, and agreed before work begins. What follows is what things cost. There are no hourly surprises and no percentage of anything.
These are professional fees for advice and representation. They are not fees for obtaining a government document, and they never include a government charge.
| Online visitor visa advice service — subclass 651 or 600 | USD $49.99 |
|---|---|
| Initial consultation, up to 60 minutes, including written assessment | $250 |
| Follow-up consultation | $150 |
| Written advice on a specific question | from $400 |
| Ongoing representation in a matter | Quoted after consultation |
| Merits review representation | Quoted after consultation |
The USD $49.99 online visitor visa advice service is a limited initial review of the general question submitted through the visitor visa page. It does not include application preparation or lodgement, document review, representation or any government charge. Any further work requires a separate agreement.
The standard consultation fee is credited against your fee if you engage us for representation within 30 days.
Government charges are set by the Department of Home Affairs, are additional to our fees, and are paid by you directly to the Department. We do not collect them, mark them up, or profit from them.
You may not need us
If your matter is straightforward and you are confident, you can deal with the Department yourself at immi.homeaffairs.gov.au at no professional cost. We will tell you if we think that is your position — it happens, and we would rather say so than take a fee for work you don’t need.
