Who we help
Most people come to us at one of three points: they don’t know which pathway they qualify for, they’ve had a refusal or cancellation and need to know what’s left, or they’ve been given conflicting advice and want a straight answer from someone who is accountable for it.
Under section 280 of the Migration Act 1958, only registered migration agents and Australian legal practitioners may give immigration assistance for a fee. That accountability is the product.

What a consultation gets you
- An assessment of your circumstances against the current law
- The pathways realistically open to you, and the ones that aren’t
- The risks in your history — refusals, overstays, character or health issues — and how they change your position
- A written summary you keep, whether or not you engage us further
- A straight answer if the honest advice is that you don’t need an agent
Start with an assessment, not an application.
A consultation costs less than a wrong pathway. Book a time and bring your questions.
